Smoking Cessation

CentraState supports smoking cessation efforts through a proven, evidence-based program called A Time to Quit. The seven-week program is facilitated by certified tobacco cessation specialists, a licensed clinical social worker, certified health educators, and registered nurses.

This low-cost program features a one-on-one consultation with a tobacco dependency treatment specialist to assess tobacco usage, previous attempts to quit smoking, and medical history, and to design a customized treatment program. Participants then attend six weekly group sessions in a supportive and enjoyable setting. Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) is available to make the transition more comfortable.

No prescription is necessary for this program.
