PIER Practice Solutions is the management vehicle for the CentraState Healthcare Partners PHO. It can provide full management services for a physician practice, or as-needed individual resources.
Healthcare Transformation Consortium/CentraState Employee Health Plan
CentraState is one of seven hospitals to comprise the Healthcare Transformation Consortium (HTC), which is a model designed to share best practices and improve the quality and affordability of care for patients throughout the state. Through the HTC, and using Aetna as a single-carrier, third-party administrator, member physicians now comprise the inner circle for provision of care for the CentraState Employee Health Plan as well as any potential expansion that may occur in the future.
